User is responsible for the confidentiality of his username and password created on RAL Online aplication.RAL Online allows users to access “My Account” by introducing the right combination and validate the username and password. If the user accidentally reveal these informations to a third part, and can be injured, he should immediately notify to RAL. RAL is not responsible for any loss suffered because of this.

VI. By accessing the site in the maximum limit permitted by legal regulations, the user expresses his agreement about data and/or information provided, his personal data - including those having an identification function of general application - to be included into the database and processed, as required by law, for providing / supplying and/or commercializing any services and/or products for any purposes permitted by low, including: process the order or solving the user’s request, making the invoices, debt’s recovery, solving the claims and complaints, detection and prevention of frauds and storing and processing usefull information that helps RAL to improve products, services and relationship between the company and its customers and/or processing data and personal information by RAL to perform market studies. 1. process, under legal regulation, all the necessary user’s information for the invoice, payment, marketing and/or commercialization our services and/or products during the entire period that the user must pay all his debts to the company and also the time after this period, in the limits allowed by the low, if necessary;
2. processing the information supplied, personal data, including personal identification number and/or other personal information having an identification function of general application, as long as the user is RAL’s customer, during the entire period that the user should pay all his debts to the company and also the time after this period, in the limits allowed by the low;
3. receiving unsolicited communications (newsletters) send it automatically by the systems, without human intervention, by fax, electronic mail or other method.
4. transfering and processing the information supplied abroad, personal data, including personal identification number and/or other personal data having an identification function of general application.

The user has the following rights regarding the processing of his personal data:
1. the right to access the data;
2. the right to intervene on the data;
3. the right to object;
4. the right not to submit individual decisions;
5. the right to appeal to justice;

The rights may be exercised in accordance to legal regulations including Law 677/2001. Any requests sent to RAL for exerciseing these rights will be made in writing by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, unless there are no other requests ordered by law.

VII. Any possible litigation related to this site and/or to general terms and conditions of using this site, is on the competence of the law courts from Romania and will be interpreted and resolved in accordance with the laws of Romania.
